Step 1: Receive customer requests

Green Environment Company received an order from an international customer with a request for 3D design and construction of two models according to the customer’s ideas. After synthesizing information and quoting the customer, we immediately started the next stage.
Step 2: Design/Sketch the 3D shape with software
After receiving the information, the Design team came up with a plan to design/sketch the 3D shape of the two animal statues.
Design 3D with specialized software, set the size according to the customer’s wishes, while meeting the proportional ratio.
Add the base, cover the surface and adjust the sizes accordingly.
Step 3: Send to Customer for approval and adjustment according to request
The 3D shape is sketched and sent to Customer with full elevation, side view, back view of the statue. After receiving feedback, the Design department will adjust until the Customer is most satisfied.
Step 4: Create 3D shape with foam
After receiving the Customer’s consent, the design department coordinates with the technical team to create the shape with foam. This stage is an important stage to form a beautiful animal statue. Creating 3D shape with foam helps customers have a more intuitive view, as well as helps the company create convenient lines.

Step 5: Composite coating and finishing paint
First is to apply a layer of Epoxy, then apply the finishing Composite. Finally, proceed to paint color and coating layers such as: glossy coating, matte coating, protection, … depending on each type of product and customer requirements.
