Design and Construction of Christmas Decoration Project and Welcome New Year 2025
Green Environment is proud to be chosen as the design and construction unit for the Christmas decoration project and to welcome the new year 2025 at Conic Boulevard Apartment – Binh Chanh. Inspired by the bustling festive atmosphere and the feng shui snake mascot of the year of At Ty 2025, we have brought a unique, impressive and meaningful space.
STANDOUT DESIGN IDEAS
Central Area – Giant Christmas Tree
The tall Christmas tree, decorated with sparkling LED lights, balls and tinsel, creates the main highlight in the apartment lobby area.
Modern lighting system, automatically changing colors, bringing brilliant and warm beauty every time the night falls.
Feng Shui Snake Mascot – Symbol of New Year 2025
The snake statue is delicately designed, stylized softly but no less powerful, symbolizing luck, longevity and prosperity.
The mascot’s position is arranged in harmony with the miniature landscape and decorative lights, helping to increase aesthetic value and feng shui elements.
Miniature Landscape & Festival Check-in Area
Christmas miniatures such as Santa Claus, reindeer sleigh, large gift boxes are cleverly arranged, creating an ideal check-in space for residents and visitors.
The New Year’s Eve area combines lights and prominent 2025 greetings, creating an exciting and joyful atmosphere.
Indoor Area
Sparkling Christmas Tree: The Christmas tree is decorated with warm yellow LED lights, sparkling balls, red ribbons and beautiful gift boxes at the base of the tree.
Decorative Fireplace – Warm Corner for Family: The meticulously designed faux fireplace, combined with details such as stockings and small candles, creates a warm, classic corner. This is also an ideal place to take check-in photos and gather with family during the holiday season.
Decorate the Ceiling with Hanging Balls: Sparkling balls are suspended from the ceiling, combined with metallic ribbons, creating a magical Christmas sky effect.
Christmas Window: The window is decorated with Christmas decals such as snowflakes, Santa Claus, small pine trees and the words “Merry Christmas”. The lights reflecting through the window make the space inside even more sparkling and warm, creating a festive feeling.

We completed the project with:
