Green Environment Predecessor

Green Environment Sculpture and Landscape Joint Stock Company, formerly Green Environment Company Limited, was established in 2005. With the growing development, the company organized and expanded its production and business activities. In 2017, the company was renamed Green Environment Sculpture and Landscape Company Limited, operating under the Business Registration Certificate No. 0314278951 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on March 10, 2017.

2024 marks the 20th anniversary of its establishment, along with the important event of the transformation from a limited liability company to a joint stock company. On this important milestone, we decided to hold a ceremony to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company’s establishment, thereby announcing the strategic shareholders, which are the quintessence that will contribute to making Green Environment even stronger in the future.

2024 marks the 20th anniversary of its establishment, along with the important event of Green Environment’s transformation from a limited liability company to a joint stock company.

20 years of formation and development, we have always tried to focus on developing ourselves through prestigious and quality projects to send to our customers. We have gradually reached out to the world market through the most outstanding projects. In 2023, Green Environment officially became the unit that designed and constructed the world’s largest reinforced concrete sitting Buddha statue using new technology. With a height of 108m, the statue is located on the Bokor plateau, Kampot province, Cambodia. The giant Buddha statue is designed in the style of the Khmer Angkor temple. With a construction cost of 30 million USD.
