On June 25, 2024, Green Environment Sculpture and Landscape Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to celebrate its 20th anniversary, announced its conversion from a limited liability company to a joint stock company and introduced its strategic shareholder. This is considered an important event marking more than two decades since the name Green Environment appeared on the market until it became one of the leading sculpture and landscape companies in the country.
On this occasion, Green Environment Company signed cooperation agreements, including a joint venture in Laos. After the moment of announcing the conversion from a limited liability company to a joint stock company, Green Environment officially signed a joint venture agreement in Laos with Mountheva Group.
